POPIA notice

Divine Stays (operated by Divine Online Solutions) processes personal information to respond to booking and owner enquiries, manage stays, and improve our services, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information you submit via forms (name, email, phone, stay details, messages) is used only for the purpose you contacted us about, and for related follow-up communications. We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing stays@divinestays.co.za.

This MVP site sends enquiries via your email client or WhatsApp. A fuller data processing agreement for property owners will accompany management contracts.
